Detailed Description

This class provides an implementation of RigidBodyTerrain with z=0 everywhere.

In contrast to RigidBodyFlatTerrain, this class does not add RigidBodyGeometry objects to the manipulator. It is therefore useful for testing the plumbing for non-flat terrain types.
